We welcome abstracts in electronic form only until 29th July, 2009 (deadline has been extended by 2 weeks, no abstracts can be accepted after 29th July) to be submitted at

The abstracts (300 to 750 words) should outline the major content of the final paper for one of the 12 Technical Sessions available:

The session organizers review all abstracts to assess their suitability for presentation. The acceptance notification will be sent to the authors by 15th September 2009.

 

Upon acceptance the author in charge will receive CIMAC's “Instructions for Authors”. These instructions describe in detail the procedure of communication with the session organizers, the layout and presentation of the papers as well as copyright rules and rules regarding publication.

 

Full-length papers shall be submitted via the CIMAC web site not later than 31st January 2010.
