The next CIMAC CASCADES will take place on September 11 in Rostock/Germany. The format is intended to introduce and inspire young people to the industry and the topic of large engines. The event in Germany will take place on the day before the Rostock Large Engine Symposium (RGMT - www.rgmt.de) at the Rostock University.
Companies can make excellent use of the format to get into contact with interested young people. The innovative strength of the company and its attractiveness as a potential employer can be demonstrated. As speakers, primarily young professionals from industry and research should improve their own presentation skills and gain experience in giving presentations. CIMAC welcomes presentation proposals in the form of an abstract (max. 500 words) from a young professional from industry on topics related to large engines or shipping as a whole especially on Greenhouse gas reduction, digitalization and alternative drives. The presentation slots are 30 minutes (20 min. presentation + 10 min. discussion). Please send abstracts directly to markus.muenz@vdma.org, no further documents need to be submitted. The presentation language is English.
